Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags; our team will review your request within 48 hours.

  Pickup Arrangement

  Once approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your delivery address at a time convenient for you.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the returned item passes our warehouse quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
